The ADHD Solutions Discussion Group

Are you struggling with the symptoms of adult Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD)? Are you near Camp Hill, Pennsylvania at lunchtime? If so, you're invited to join the ADHD Solutions Discussion Group, a free monthly discussion/support group for adults. 

  • Meeting Dates:  The second Tuesday of every month 

  • Time:  11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (includes time to purchase coffee, a snack, or lunch from Cornerstone's regular menu; discussion will begin promptly at noon) 

  • LocationThe Cornerstone Coffeehouse's Culinary Kitchen (i.e. the back room), 2133 Market Street, Camp Hill, PA

  • Cost:  Free! (except for the cost of your food and beverage) 

The ADHD Solutions Discussion Group is the place to meet people who share similar issues, feel understood, and get answers. Led by Certified ADHD Coach Beth Main, we'll share ideas, strategies, and solutions for your ADHD-related challenges. So bring your questions and concerns! Topics will include treatment options, workplace issues, dealing with frustration, controlling impulsivity, relationships, parenting, time management, improving follow-through, and much much more.
